WHEN CAN I GET MY FIRST CHEWSWIZE BOX?
It’s early days for us. Right now we deliver 3-5 days after each weekly payment is taken from your credit card.
But give us a bit of time and we’ll be delivering on specific days. So you’ll have even more options for receiving your ChewsWize box!

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Anywhere in Hong Kong. We use HK Post to get the snackbox to you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll cancel your subscription. We'd need your cancelation 5 working days before each next billing date.
HOW DO I PAY?
We currently use PayPal to process your payments. PayPal accepts Visa and Mastercard. Don’t have an account with PayPal? That’s no problem, we will soon be accepting payments via credit card directly. Watch this space!
CAN I SEND BOXES TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND PEOPLE?
Yep, you can save multiple addresses in your profile so your friends and family can also receive our ChewsWize boxes.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR THE SNACK BOX?
No, we try to keep it simple. The ChewsWize box will be sent via HK Post to your office or home.
ARE YOUR SNACKS NUTRITIONIST APPROVED?
Yes, absolutely. Our expert nutritionists screen every recipe to ensure there’s the right balance and mix of nutrients and energy-providing foods for your busy lives.
